For a premium Irish, Redbreast comes to mind. They have a 27 year old that may be over $500. They also have a 21 year old that I've heard is quite good. Those are several levels above my grade.

Touch of Modern and Prime Time Liquors offer a number of options. TOM had a 51 year old Scotch for sale this past week. They regularly have all sorts of top shelf liquors.

I'd try to track down some 18-year old Talisker (official distillery issue) or an older issue (again ODI) of 25-year old Highland Park (50%ABV or greater).

Agree on the Redbreast recommendation.

Wouldn't pass up on some Balvenie 25-year old Port Wood either.

Wouldn't have anything to do with the new development at Singleton and Sylvan, would it? Atlas Metal Factory redevelopment?

You might want to consider searching for a bottle of Rosebank (Lowland single malt Scotch whisky) as well, though it's becoming increasingly difficult to find and expensive too.

While at the Davidoff Lounge in Tampa last week check out what a shot of 62 year Macallan goes for...again, for a shot!
