First Home Roast
Here are a couple of photos of my first batch of home roasted coffee.
http://galleries.cigarweekly.com/UKsmoker/album06 The coffee is Costa Rica Conquistador which was kindly gifted by Keith (Rookie 139)  Keith sent me a popper as well which was an incredible gesture but I broke it  I managed to find a popper suitable for the job in the UK and it works perfectly. I heard the first crack no problem but could not really detect the second crack and stopped roasting when the colour seemed about right. I get to taste it tonight  UKsmoker  PS:- I would like to thank all the guys who gave me advice about home roasting. It was greatly appreciated
