Smoking in Buenos Aires?
I'm heading to Buenos Aires on business in a week or two. Does anyone know where you can smoke there these days? I have read that there is s total indoor smoking ban there for the past year or two. Are there any exemptions? Can you smoke in outdoor patios at bars and restaurants? TIA for any info.
