there's a hell of a distance between looking terrible and nothing wrong. One of the reasons I stick with the CPAP is no reflux since I've worn it (OK, I get it very very rarely) yet on nights when I fall asleep without the mask on, I awake in a hurry with the rush of acid in my throat and mouth.

As to cigars not tasting right, any chance you have a chronic sinus infection?
