I've got two versions on the playlist I play at the finish line of a 5K race I direct during Mardi Gras, The original by The Dixie Cups (best IMO) and a version by Dr. John.

Old calypso or some such tune. Done by everybody. A staple of Grateful Dead concerts in the 80s. They list it as Aiko Aiko.

There is a fantastic restaurant in NOLA that is named after part of that song.
It's a local staple this time of the year (both song and restaurant).
