Woo-Hoo!

My Dean EVO came in today!

What a Cool and Clean looking Guitar!
I know that I'm a greenhorn and all, but how they can build a quality unit like that for $100 bucks is amazing!

The fit and finish is even better than the one that I looked at in the shop. I'm typing slow because my left hand fingers are sore, already.

I spent 2 Whole minutes tuning it through the Peavey amp, what a slick set up that Vypyr 30 has.
I did my first basic chords exercises for almost an hour and then played around with the Amp models and the Stomp Box settings. I'm gonna have a ton of fun with that. I set the volume control on 0.75 (out of 13) and drove Laura-Beth out of the room! Man, who would have thought that a 30 watt amp would be such a thumper? It looks like a good set of real headphones are in my immediate future.

Question? Does Everyone learn "Ode to Joy" as the first song?
