Received a new Palio cutter. Have cut about 3 cigars with it. Are the cutting blades intentionally dull? The blades squeeze the cigar then cut. Not a clean cut at all, like a tear. The only thing I have to compare it to is a $6.00 cutter which works significantly better.

What's up with the Palio?
