When I was a kid I played trombone, took 4 years of piano lessons. In college I "banged" on the drums and tried to "strum" the guitar. 30 years later, for some unknown reason, I have a yearning to play the banjo! What do you want to try playing?

Piano. 12 years of lessons. I used to be damn good.

Sax. Learned from Bobby Vinton's sax player. I used to be damn good.

Now I can't play shit.

I bought a mandolin recently. Now I just have to make time to learn the chord charts.

I'd like to play the vocal cords better. The human voice is my favorite instrument but gee whiz it's tough to get halfway decent. I am still working on it. Saxaphone would be second
