Digi Hygrometer calibration

I did the trusty salt test on 3 digi hygromets that I had. After 24 hours, they read 77%, 73% and 75%. I then saw online that Boveda makes a calibration kit where there is a gel pack that regulates the RH at 75% at 65 degrees. I tried it out with each of my hygrometers and they all read over 80% RH. I am wondering how can all 3 read so high. Can it be that the Boveda is not set at 75% or that I struck out 3 times with my Hygrometers.

I bought one at Tampahumidor. The second one is a western III caliber hygrometer and the other is a no name brand.

Is it possible that all 3 of my digis are at least 5% over. Can the salt test be wrong? Or is the Boveda calibration test full of shit.

Thanks
