Today was a holiday so after today's honey-dos were done I went over to a buddies house to sit in his workshop and solve world problems. Another buddy showed up so we fired up a propane heater (it was mid 30s today) and fired up some sticks. My buddy had BB King on Sirius radio which was truly enjoyable. He brought out a bottle of Eagle Rare. A 10 year old Kentucky Bourbon. I had never heard of it but boy was it tasty and smooth. Come to find out it is a Buffalo Trace offering.
I brought a bottle of Joseph Magnus a straight bourbon aged in white oak and finished in Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximenex and Gognac casks. Last edited by jeepdad; 01-20-2020 at 03:10 PM. |
