My pals, Beau, Phil and Dave (some of you have met) and I work as "bartenders" for the Ladies' Group at Church when they have their annual tea--all proceeds given to the poor.

Anyway, these women drink a champagne and cranberry juice drink we've dubbed a pinkie. Since it's hot out, now, when we have our Friday and Saturday gatherings of friends, I've hit on the idea of making frozen pinkies.

To that end, I've filled two juice concentrate cans with cranberry juice. Only my wife and I know about this, we want to surprise the rest. We'll mix this in with the champagne and lots of ice in the blender to make a slush/daquiri-type drink. We may add cranberries to it.

Is there anything else that should go into it?
I know for the tea, this year, we used Cran-Raspberry. But since wife is diabetic, I'm using straight, Splenda-sweetened cranberry. We may get frozen berries and blend them in.

Sound decent for a chick's drink?
What say my resident mixologists?
