Appreciate the info from everyone.

Was just curious about it, even though I immediately took off the wrapper to open a random sampling of the tubos for inspection, so its really irrelevant, and he only had them for a year anyway.

Was just curious how it would affect aging as I have no idea how air and humidity permeable this type of wrapper is
