It's easy to tangle this story with the bermejos.. father Bremen was grievously injured in a car wreck, and the son took over. Julio was a pilot who went down, and wound up paralyzed, bringing Christian into leadership. It is possible that Davidoff bought Christian's service with a non compete contract for Julio that has finally expired. Why in the world would Davidoff want an old man in a wheelchair to represent their interests, while the son looked so damned pretty in a suit?
