I've had a couple decent cream sherries, and yes, it is the nice, crisp, yet mildly sweet taste and texture.
I'm going to have to look at white port. Around here, over the last 40 years, the only white ports I saw came in gallon jugs. Wino nutrients. I'll have to look for something real, and give them a try. |
