an SHB bean or "Strictly Hard Brean" is a grade of coffee and some estate coffees are SHB, so the guy is a little confused, i imagine it probably came from an area plantation rather than a specific estate, but generally SHB beans are larger and bluer, and produce great coffees, SHB has nothing to do with whether it is an estate coffee or not.
the SHB grade is a really good grade for coffee. it is usually Guatamalen coffees that are labeled SHB and generally produce a robust lively , bright cup of coffee.
