You'll be happy with the Technivorm. It's considered one of the top drip machines. I have a knock off design, the Clarity Melitta. A good grinder is key to any coffee prep. Looks like your on your way to better coffee. It's money well spent and a good machine and grinder will last a lot longer than a box of cigars. At least in my house.
