FYI. Acording to the Sacramento Bee today, a new "deluxe downtown smoking lounge" opened recently. Owners are Joe Decker and Dwight Floyd. Called "River City Cigarz", it is located at 1517 E St.

You would have to be very brave to open a cigar lounge in CA.

I would love to hear a review of the place and how it operates.

I kind of doubt most of the Sacramento inhabitants that go there will be smoking any kind of tobacco product
