Egg white scramble with bell pepper, onion, and ham. Tried the Thomas's light multigrain English muffin. It's a bit dry tasting but once I added butter and some orange marmalade, it was pretty good. Good cup of 8'Oclock traditional coffee.

Egg white scramble with green pepper, onion, bacon and sausage, and topped with chunky salsa. Got the thermos full of coffee. Ready for the early football game.

Protein pancakes with Mrs Butterworths sugar free syrup and coffee. My sister made the pancakes. She added unflavored protein powder to Log Cabin Complete buttermilk pancake mix. They came out better then mine. She said she adds diet Sprite to the mix. Came out fluffy.
