I am going to email the reviewers the review form as a Word document. Hence my request from all of you to indicate whether you can work with Word.

This will not be my first Review Rodeo.

FYI, we are standardizing to a 10 point scale, with decimal points allowed. Just take the scale from the form, double the score and divide by ten. If that math is too hard, just post your number from the form and I'll fix it for you.
