Heading to Cabo, thought I might seek it out.

Well , Sammy sold it years ago for something like $80M , however, while I am not a tequila fan in general , I don't mind Cabo or Patron...

I say , go to Cabo and sample it and enjoy ...

Stick to Don Julio. Or find some Santo, the Sammy/Guy Fieri Tequila, or Mixto, or Mezcal. Cabo Wabo is mid-shelf tequila with a top shelf price.

Couldn't find it in Cabo, but the Reserva Del Maestro, 1800 Cristalino Anejo, and Herradura were excellent. Don Julio, not so much.

Which Don Julio? Since Herradura sold to Jack Daniel's, it's not as good as it was. But I'll take Don J over Patron any day.
