Zimmern doesn't like hot buttered coffee

http://www.travelchannel.com/video/a...ow-point-11939

of course it was raw unpasturized never refrigerated butter... but he eats bugs...

no frothing Doug, I just put the butter in the coffee and let it melt. I do stir it some after that so I'm not drinking the layer of butter off of the top.

We ran out of half and half yesterday, so K tried this with limited success.

Gads, I'm doing the buttered coffee every morning now. Really does taste nice. But now I simply stir the butter until dissolved (no more melting in the microwave). A bit of the melted butter still floats on top but to me that is a good thing as you then get just a bit of it in each sip. I'm hooked.

You probably won't believe me when I tell you this but Mrs. Mag has a friend who's parents put cheese in their coffee. No idea what kind. Didn't think to ask because there's no chance in hell of me doing it no matter the variety.

Not doing the butter either btw.
