I don't know how to say this, so I'll just lay it out. Back when I first posted the dates I was going to be in NOLA this year, I was going off of a calendar one of our Marketing people had given me. The conferences we exhibit at are Marketing events, after all, so I figured she had it right.

She didn't.

The conference is June 22-26. I don't even remember when I got the correct dates put in my calendar, but I never connected that back to the herf. That's how crazy work has been for me this year.

Totally my fault.

Well DAMN!!!!! Doug, I can't tell you how disappointed I am that we will not get to see you!!!! Of course you know the "penalty" for "no-shows" is a full humidor sent to the herf!!!!

Seriously, I hate that our dates didn't work out, but I understand "stuff" happens. Maybe at the very least you will be able to catch up with Tommy while you are in NOLA??? I know he was looking forward to seeing ya.

Hopefully by getting SOMETHING re-started in the way of a Gulf Coast Herf, we can get back to doing this on at least a "semi"-regular basis........and it won't be long until you have another good excuse to pay us a visit!
You will be missed.
