Saka has been threatening for some time to shut down the JRBB for some time whenever people voice anything but positive opinions about JR products.
I think peoples criticism of his 12 days of Christmas specials finally made him take his ball and go home. This is from Saka on JR: From: Steve Saka [JR] Posted: 21-Dec-02 • 1:35 AM EST Folks, After much consideration, we have sadly come to the conclusion that we are unable to maintain online bulletin boards. We have struggled to provide this as a service to our online consumers, but regretfully it is no longer possible. Between the labor, legal exposure, and other regretful aspects of maintaining an online community, we have decided that this service is best left to public forums. The Community Board will be opened Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm EST until 12/30/02 to allow for posters to wrap up or work out whatever trades and passes they may have in progress. If you are unable to post during these hours, please email your post to nicole@jrcigars.com and Nicole will post it on your behalf. Steve Saka saka@jrcigars.com
