That's nothing new they reported, and it is pretty thin - drinking beer for its blod clot lowering, cholesterol lowering and vitamin content is like smoking cigars for the health improvement that the smoke fends off mosquitos.

I drink beer, but I'm not sure it helps my health. and from a carbs stnad point I can make an argument that its not so healthy.

Well, I'm not much on drinking beer. I like it ok, just not a regular drinker.

I'm more likely to have a beer with friends, than just come home at night and open one. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Still, I think...beer, in moderation can have some benefits, and isn't that bad for you.

A couple of cases a night....maybe pushing the limits of moderation, of course.

I'm on board with this program.

Plus, it has to be better for you than HFCS and/or artificial sweeteners.

Fiber! In dark beers!
