Don't know about the Killer Beans coffees, but as a rule, Sumatran coffees have the lowest acidity and are easier on the stomach. A number of people I know who normally can't drink coffee because of stomach acid have no problems with my home-roasted Sumatran Lintong, Mandheling, Iskandar or Toraja.

I spoke with Jerry this week and gave him and order besides discussing a business project. He tells me he has a new coffee been in from Viet Nam which he says is incredible. Doesn't suprize me from the Killer Bean King.
He sounded quite well.

I'd have to say maybe Carribean Cutthroat seems to have the lowest...Maybe also Medellin Madman.

Nic Knifefight and Venezulean Vendetta seem more acidic to me personally..I can't drink as much of these two as the ones above..Heartburn starts to kick in...These are just my own perceptions.

Give Jerry a call...I know he's been busy as hell lately working on the store

oedipus1 is correct, Sumatran beans tend to have the lowest acid levels.

The new beans are from withing the "Golden Triangle" in Chiang, Thailand...we've named the beans Doi Chaang" and will be on the market right after the first of the year. Take a look for yourself http://www.doichaangcoffee.com/

We managed to get all 50 tons that they have and will be selling everything they produce...kind cool...and damned fine beans as I'm drinking the Piko's Peaberry right now!
