There have been 4 NYC teams. Yankees, Giants, Dodgers and Mets.

I know Darryl Strawberry played for the Mets, Yanks, Giants and Dodgers. I believe I read somewhere he is the only player to do that, but the Giants and Dodgers obviouysly were not in NY at the time so that would not count.
