This is a copy of the form that was/is sent out with "official" review cigars. If you have been wanting to review a cigar but didn't know where to start (after all, we can't all be jazznut...), it provides a good starting point. Simply fill in the blanks and then "flesh it out" with your own words.

This form provides a GREAT way to help you focus on the various specific characteristics of the cigar you're smoking.
