I was just wondering what you verterans (or not so veterans) of the coffee roasting world prefer as your "Go to Beans"?
Is it a blend or a single bean and how much do you roast them?

Costa Rican Tirrazu La Minta Estates from Sweet Marias.

Those are the two I break out for guests... and is one most people really enjoy. My personal favorites are the Etheopians.

I wonder how closely it mirrors Cuban Turquino? Are these green beans? I wonder what Ferdy and grtrx think of Jamacian Turquino, I wonder?
