Grilling chicken thighs, burgers, and brats with peppers and onions. Sides are mac n cheese, baked beans, and potsto salad.

Tomorrow will be ribeyes, and baked potatoes.

Buddy’s Burgers and Aaron Franklin collaborated on a burger this weekend. I might eat one.

Smoked a turkey breast and beef roast yesterday. Gonna run them through the slicer for sammiches.

Dove season kicked off. First day for me tomorrow. Happy Labor Day.

Trying something new on my sirloin tri tip, giving it the milk and seasoning bath. I've heard great things about the milk bath but have never tried it.

That's an endorsement enough for me to try it. Don't get many tri-tips here. When I do they're marked down because nobody knows what to do with them.
