pretty sure you can find blood sausage in markets that cater to eastern Europeans or Hispanics, it remains an essential part of poor people food. Morcilla from Spain is delicious. So is Kiska from Poland (I think) and black pudding and blutwurst.

Eels, well its baby eels with the scrambled eggs. They do come canned.
