what's the big deal..? Why is thie media acting like he shot someone besides himself. Apparently I do not know the whole story.

If Brett Favre shot hisself in the leg on a hunting trip with an unregistered gun would all this be oging on.

I just do not understand - An unregistered firearm so what give him a fine like you would Joe Blow.

It was in NYC. It is illegal to have an unregistered handgun. That's the big deal

maybe i am wrong, since i am in the deep south, but there is a big difference in hunting with an unregistered gun and being in a night club with one.
