Gase to the Jets is not what I would classify as a smart hire, but I'm sure he will rise to the occasion and prove me wrong.

Gase got the reputation for making difficult QB's do well, based on his time with Cutler. Not sure you can judge anyone who had Tannenhill as a QB.
Today's lemming in the NFL is an OC for HC because your QB has to be whispered to.
