Old Forester Signature 100 Proof

Big dense caramel heavy woody bourbon. Lovely dark brown. Some orange zest. Long broad finish.

I have to get a bottle of this.

And whoever thought of having a bourbon tasting room at SDF is/was a genius

Sounds tempting. What's more, it's actually readily available in my neck of the woods. I've often thought of nabbing a bottle, though I'd prefer going for the OF Birthday Bourbon, Unfortunately, the latter isn't to be found locally.

I'm with Phil. Bourbon seems to have a brown sugar note as well as a burn that good Scotch and Irish whiskeys don't have

Had gotten 3 bottles of the OFBB 2013, but only one of the 14.
