Nub: Cafe--Question?
Fellow cigar smokers,
I just bought a couple of boxes of nub cafe Has anyone tried these yet? They are delicious I found my new love. Once the boxes arrived, I started wondering whether or not I should mix them with my other stogies since the cafes are flavored. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks,

the merging of flavors... just don't have them touch other cigars and you should be OK... but if they are fragrant, I would think of keeping them seperated.
Glad you like them, I am not a huge fan of the Nub line but I know a lot of people hold them on high regard. Also, not a fan of infused cigars (I assume these are). But again, smoke what you like, like what you smoke.

I smoked the Café Capuchino. Which ones do you have? I put mine in a Ziploc bag that I got from Cigar.com. I do the same with the Kentucky Fire Cured. Then I put them in the fridgedor with the rest of my cigars. I haven't noticed a problem in aroma.

Thanks for the comments and ideas. Yes, they are coffee "bean" infused. I dont normally smoke flavored cigars, but I had to try these because I love coffee so much. I was very suprised at the explosion of flavor throughout the burn.
I bought the cappucino and expresso flavor and love them

Seriously, I love coffee, and I'm not afraid to drink it with cream and sugar, it tastes good all sorts of ways. whether you drink mountain dew or grape fanta, cocoa or a capuccino, or any other thing, you still are doing the same thing. Sweet beverages with different flavors.
Coffee cigars are a natural extension, and if it's good tobacco without the overwhelming, cloying sweetness of some things, I'm with that. Some dude I heard about drank Yoo-hoo with his cigars. Well, whatever floats his boat. There's another person who suggested I take beans and bury my smokes in them. Whatever. I just want a good cigar, and it sounds like you found a good cigar. More power to ya. |

There's nothing like a gourmet coffee and a Super Premium cigar. It's a great way to start the day and a great way to end an excellent meal.
