Pipe newbie
So I decided to gently step in to the world of pipes in order to expand my tobacco horizons. I can see from the wealth of information out there that there is a whole lot to learn.
I started, about 6 months ago, by buying these 2 pipes on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/BRIAR-PIPE-NEW-U...QQcmdZViewItem http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ayphotohosting Have only smoke two bowls in the smaller (first one) one with some pipe tobacco given to me by one of the guys at work which is a private blend aromatic from a shop in Jackson Mississippi. I have enjoyed the experience so far but do not see a pipe replacing cigars but becoming a welcomed addition to them. I did take advantage of the “free tobacco” post which hopefully will give me a board range of tobaccos to try but I think I maybe already shying away from the aromatics. So any advice/information will be greatly appreciated, I will try and read through the board before I ask any questions and I look forward to learning all about the art of pipe smoking. Besides what better place to learn than here on CW.
