I will never do this again, never!

I drank a travel mug of coffee about an hour before going to bed. Needless to say, I did get any sleep!
I have no idea why I drank coffee that late ate night!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, drinking coffee before sleep doesn't help me out either. I'd be up ALL night starring at the ceiling. Never AGAIN!

I can drink espresso before going to bed with nary a care. Caffeine immune, I guess.

Same. I often drink a 2-3 shot latte around 9 pm, usually doze off by 11.

There's less caffeine in an espresso than in a 'regular' cup of coffee (mostly due to the darker roasting of the beans). I find I can usually get away with an evening espresso without suffering the 'eyeballs on the ceiling' effect.
