I have really taken a liking recently to small gauge cigars. With the cold and rainy Seattle weather, its tough to find the opportunity to get in a larger smoke, and the samller sizes also seem to have more consistency. Steve Saka has his favorites posted on JR's site, and I'm wondering what the members here think as I need to restock the humidor and want to try some new smokes. My favs: LLMF Colada, Hemi SS, Bolivar CJ and Partagas Shorts.

ERMD Petite lonsdales and Cafe au Lait are good for short smokes.
Hoyo de Monterrey Sabrosos is good also. Then there is the LL LHB Colada. For something different, try the Drew Estates Natural Twig! SSJ...the Yellow Brick Road is covered with pies...cowpies!!!

I like the FDA especials #5 a lot (although I rarely smoke small cigars - got a free box of these). The Montecristo Peruvian Especial #2 is good also.

Connie #9 is not a small ring gauge!
My favorites are Boli CJ, Cohiba Siglo I and II, and Partagas 898 Varnished. I'd rather be driving; either golf balls or my Dodge! |

Jose Marti Chicos Maduro (tins) 4.25x34 and JR Ultimate Habanellas 5x28 are both pretty decent cigars. I tend to favor the JR over the Jose Marti in the small guages.
