Outstanding special occasion cigar. Never thought any maduro would come close to PAM Diplomatico's for me but this one did. Here is my review just entered into the db:
Excellent construction. Beautiful flawless med veined maduro (almost oscuro)wrapper. Great cap. Cedar sleeve presentation left a nice cedar bouquet. Real nice cap. Tight bunch did not impact draw as it was perfect. Nice firm med. gray ash. Even burn with an excellent pace. Med/heavy strength, full bodied. Thick richly textured smoke coated the palate nicely. Great complexity. Started out very spicy w/some earthiness. Semi- sweet chocolate, cedar and ripe berry notes came out. Long tasty finish. A superb cigar. Don't smoke on empty stomach. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the review! Do you think the premium price for these is worth it compared to a PAM or ISOM of similar value? IMHO, OpusX and VSG's are.

Yes I really have to say the total enjoyment factor was worth it. I love my ISOM's but this baby was right up there in quality experience.

It seems that if they were sold at MSRP($9-$11), they might be a nice change-of-pace/special occasion cigar. But to retail them between $15-$25 is ridiculous.

Thanks for the review... it's one of my favorite smokes and would love for them to become a regular production instead of just once a year.

Love these cigars but I agree with Mrdiver.
