I eagerly await the release of New Belgium's Biere de Mars every year and picked up two cases last month when I finally found some. I chilled it down and popped the top on one only to discover that it had been over carbonated. The stuff was so foamy that if you took a sip, your mouth would fill up with foam and you would look like trumpet player about to go for that long note. Every one was that way! If you poured it into a glass (that took a while) and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours, you could drink it. I emailed the brewery and told them about it and they said that they were sorry and to let them know how much I paid for the beer and the bottle codes and what size t-shirt I wore. Now that's a class act.
