Totally new (I think) storage question

I keep all of my cigars (mostly isoms) in several humidors. I have different sizes sequestered in their own humis (robustos in one, pc's in one, etc.) so I open each one of them with regularity to get a specific size to smoke. Is this practice detrimental to proper aging of those cigars that make it through the entire 2 year period or is 2 years not really a long enough span of time to make regular opening of each humidor a big deal. Would I be better off keeping a couple months worth of different vitolas in one humidor for regular opening and leaving the others in humis only to be opened once every month or two? How much does regular opening of a humidor like this effect semi-long-term storage? Will my cigars lose more flavor than they need to this way? I have wondered about this question for a long time and have never been able to find any opinions either way...
