Overlooked/underrated songs by a major artist/band
I'll start...
Leave by REM When I first heard it in 1996 on New Adventures in Hi-FI, I knew it was years and years ahead of its time. It holds up very well with today's alternative rock. --- You Ain't Going Nowhere by The Byrds A Dylan tune that really showcased just how much an amazing band The Byrds continued to be. It kicked off Sweetheart of the Rodeo that was, IMO, a landmark album. --- Moonlight Mile by The Rolling Stones There's a lot of songs I could pick off of Sticky Fingers or Exile on Main Street that I think have gotten lost over the years when people think of the Stones but this one just really stands out to me as a piece of pure musical perfection.
