I have a favorite dish that is essentially ground pork, green beans, garlic and oyster sauce. Tommy and Kelly loved it, back in the day.

Tried to post this earlier. K went from a minor disdain for Bourdain to a full-blown hate when he divorced the mother of his daughter and his suicide pretty much nailed him down (no pun intended). Gave me a lot of crap for watching him.

I was assembling my culinary bucket list. Coastal Spain, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam. All places I want to eat before I die.
Unconventional wisdom is seldom either.
