I bought a CO+ back in Aoril when Dave, with Cheap Humidors, offered the group buy. It has always worked like a charm, but I had concerns when I first got it as the power port was loose. I had contacted Dave and we both agreed that if it was working, there was no need to return it.

Recently, a problem arose and the unit was not functioning properly. It appeared to be related to the power port. I contacted Dave and he said that he didn't have any of the older models in stock (the XL line replaced the older models), but that he would send me an XL Plus once they were available. Alternatively, I could contact Kathy at Cigar Oasis, and see if they had any replacements.

In short, I emailed Dave on Friday, I called Kathy this afternoon, and she's sending out a new CO Plus today. That's what I call great customer service. Two thumbs up to Dave and Kathy!!!
