This smoke is a fat robusto\gran corona size, looks to be about a 52 gauge, but seems a bit bigger. The wrapper is a dark rough looking wrapper with some prominent veining.
The draw and smoke volume are top notch and the cigar burned very well. The inital flavors were of a woody note with distinct sweetness. More sweetness than in a LLAF. This eventually switched to a lighter more balsa like flavor with a dry toasty finish. I did pick up some haylike flavors in the finish also. The ash was slightly flakey and fairly weak. This smoke had little spice and would be considered med bodied, mild-med in strength. Overall its a nice smoke, but for me it doesn't compare to the LLAF. I would rate this on par with the Excalibur 1066.
