I can't believe my local news ran this
It's amazing that it's not a negative piece.
Rocky's is not a bad place, and it's one of the few local cigar places left. Unfortunately, unless you're going in to buy a single and smoke it there, it's not worth buying from them. NY cigar taxes are insane. Rocky's realizes this, and they now sell most of their cigars by mail order, which means they only charge the tax in the state the cigars are delivered to, or no tax at all.
