My experience is that cigars offered at such low prices with not much fanfare are usually not worth smoking. On the other hand, for the price, you may find them very enjoyable. It's a crap shoot.

I've spent $12 on cigars that I didn't like. So, think of it as spending $15 for trying a cigar. If you like it, then you have 11 more to enjoy.

I have tried Blender's Gold and have to say that they were not too bad, mild with decent flavor - not great but okay for a cheap smoke. I got a few from cigarbid for a very low price (less than $0.50 each if I recall). I still have a few in one of my rubbermaidadors.

Are these the same blender's gold that Walgreen's carries?

Never heard of these but if they are in fact sold at walgreens also, I'd take a pass on them

A friend who is a noob gifted me one of these, so I thought I would give it a go today. Nice reddish wrapper. I was skeptical, but this thing was really not too bad. In fact, I've had 7 dollar cigars that weren't as good. So, I say give one a try. Pretty mild and one dimensional, but very smokeable. If they are really fifty cents a piece, I would keep these on hand for non important smokes and for friends. A good smoke at apparently a really good price.
