I dunno, i really enjoy those NCs, especially OpusX and Anejos that i guard like a mad dog because i have so few of them.
CCs are great and all, but are just so abundant here in Malaysia... its like boring and taken for granted. Did you know that a Opus X robusto retails for RM200 here, that's about US$60 a stick. Considering that the average wage is just RM2500 a month, that's a crazy amount to spend on cigars. A cheapo CC, say a H Upmann Coronas Major is about RM30 a stick, less than US$10. So while i've got thousands of CCs in the humidor room, i still reach for the NCs when i want something really mind blowing... I guess it has something to do with supply and demand... i think less of what i have a lot of and more of what i have so little. |
