Pit Boss Grill

Purchased the Pit Boss classic 700 a couple weeks ago and that mother is the cat's meow...I have smoked, grilled and baked on it and it's been great. Just set the temp and leave it alone for great eats. It has a sear feature to smoke then sear steaks. But, the shine is in the smoking of briskets and butts to perfection...also baked pizza on it because it has a fan like convection baking. going to do smoked pork belly and cornbread with baked beans next...smoke on...
