Kitchen Knives

Like the Cool Gadgets thread ...

I would like to have a Kitchen Knives thread...

I hate dull knives , but , so far I only have cheap knives...

As soon as I get back to work ... I will be buying some knives from these guys...

http://warthercutlery.com/

It helps they are less than an hour away from me ...

They are supposed to be , and you get free sharpening for life , which is nice if you live close by...

I know there are better out there , but , for what I do , these should be good...

The first thing I noticed was the price. For quality knives, the prices are really good.

my plan is 9" butcher knife , probably the tomato knife and a bread knife...

I very rarely use paring knives , but , might add one of those...
