Bagged 3 noobs in one day
So the word somehow got out around the office: Doug actually roasts his own coffee! Two of the women I work with tossed out not-too-subtle hints yesterday, so last night I took special care roasting a batch of my dwindling supply of Saris Abaya. Friggin' nailed it, and the resulting brew was a blueberry bomb!
Watching their eyes was incredibly fun.  "Oh. My. GOD! I have never tasted anything like this!"I believe I witnessed at least one standing orgasm.  The third noob was a guy, so I wasn't much paying attention to his reaction, but his praise was effusive. Spread the word, brothers: You'll never have really great coffee until and unless you roast it yourself.
